About Me
I’m a Senior UX Designer specialising in complex operational systems where software, hardware and people work together. Over the past five years, I’ve designed experiences for warehouse automation, robotics and enterprise products used by thousands of operatives across global fulfilment centres. Earlier in my career, working as the sole designer in a startup gave me the opportunity to shape products from the ground up, building a strong foundation in end-to-end product design and close cross-functional collaboration.
What motivates me is solving problems that don’t fit neatly on a screen. Whether I’m designing for handheld devices, wearable computers, autonomous robots or physical workstations, I enjoy understanding how people interact with technology in real operational environments and turning that complexity into intuitive experiences.
My background in urban planning taught me to think in systems, understand how people move through environments, and balance competing constraints. Today, I bring that same systems-thinking approach to every project, designing products that improve both operational efficiency and the day-to-day experience of the people who use them.
